We are so excited you have chosen VOS Dancewear for your next custom made DanceSport costume. We are proud to say we use the best dance fabric from the UK and New York. We use high quality Preciosa rhinestones for all costumes so you will shine your very best on the dance floor. Everything we do is hand made in the USA with so much intention and care. Wether its your first custom made costume or fifth, each one is made exactly to your fit and style. We want to be a stepping stone in your dance journey to help you achieve your goals and aspirations!
All communication goes through Brianna Butov. She will be communicating directly with you each step of the way. Wether you are local or long distance we accommodate you in any way we can. Local meeting can me scheduled for in person. Zoom meeting online for long distance meetings.

Walk through the process with us:
① Let’s talk about your design. Whether you have an idea of what you want or not Brianna will make some sketches for you. You can explain to her what you like, what you don’t like and other details. She will put together a one of kind sketch for you.
② This is the most important step! We need your up to date measurements. We will provide you with a measurement from to fill out. In addition we will send you a video of how to take these measurements so you have a visual. We highly recommend going to a local seamstress to take these accurately for you. Local clients can schedule a time to come in and have their measurements taken by Brianna.
③ So far we have decided on a design and have received your measurements. Now we can make an accurate estimate for your costume based on this information. A 50% non refundable deposit is required before anything. Once we have received this payment we will immediately order our materials needed to get started.
④ First fitting. For our long distance clients we schedule a fitting via online video chat. The costume will be sent to you. You will be supplied with pins needed to adjust the costume however necessary for the best fit. Once you are satisfied with the first fitting you will send the costume back for a final fitting. For local clients you will meet with Brianna for an in person fitting. On average we do about two fittings.
⑤ You have received your costume for the final fitting and everything looks great. Now is time to make your dress come to life with the best quality rhinestones!
⑥ We will send you photos and video of your completed costume. Before we send it to you or have you pick up the remaining 50% payment must be made.
⑦ Make your dance dreams come true and get out there on the dance floor in your newly made VOS DanceSport Costume!
